Convenient Location, Nice Amenities This hotel is situated conveniently for those who are on a road trip. We found the amenities to be adequate and enjoyable. the kids especially liked the play area. the hotel is accessible from the main road, which made getting around much easier.
Poor Service, Cleanliness Issues Despite the location and amenities, the service at this hotel left much to be desired. Staff members seemed indifferent and uninterested in assisting us.

Our Easter stay was amazing! We enjoyed the spacious and well-furnished room with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The hotel location was perfect, away from the smell of dried fish, yet accessible with a vehicle or cab. The buffet breakfast served was delicious and the staff was courteous and friendly.
We had a minor issue with bugs in the room, which was addressed with bug spray maintenance, but could have been resolved before our arrival. the linen and bathroom cleanliness could have been improved.

The fact that there was a dedicated car parking facility with driver stay also added value to our experience. The food was really tasty, and we appreciated how good it was.

The hotel, located on the highway, offers ample parking and a play area for children. the spacious rooms have 24-hour hot water and comfortable mattresses. Chinese dinner was tasty and the staff attentive to guests.
The customer service was poor, with no assistance offered to guests with luggage upon arrival.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The room service was prompt and efficient, and the housekeeping staff kept my room immaculate. I also took advantage of the car hire service, which made exploring the surrounding area much easier. The hotel amenities were top-notch, with a well-maintained swimming pool and a relaxing spa & wellness centre. The Wi-Fi was reliable and free parking was a convenient feature.
I had a great experience here and would highly recommend this hotel to families.
